for goods supplied, with costs (£1 3s 6d); Otago Brush Company, Ltd., v. Walter Scott (Greymouth), claim £2 5s lid, for goods supplied, with costs (£1 8s 6d). JUDGMENT SUMMONS. P. J. Tumey (Cambridge) V. L. D. Hammon, claim £1 18s 6d, on a judgment summons. —An order was'made for payment, with costs (6s), in default 48 hours' imprisonment.
