THE WEATHER
There was a continuation of fine weather in Dunedin yesterday, the sun shining from a clear sky. A light northeast wind was blowing. The barometer fell several points, and registered 30.35 last evening. REPORTS FROM NORTHERN CENTRES. (Special to Daily Times.) AUCKLAND, September 6. Ideal spring weather prevailed to-day, th 6 sky being almost cloudless. The conditions were mild, there being a light breeze from the south-east. The barometer was steady at 30.30 in throughout the day. WELLINGTON, September 6. Wellington enjoyed a perfect spring day to-day, the sun shining from a cloudless sky. A light northerly breeze was blowing. ; ■ CHRISTCHURCH, September 6. The weather to-day was sunny with a keen east-north-east breeze. The maximum temperature was 51.1 and the minimum 44.3. The barometer fell from 30.325 n to 30.24 in.
