INFLUENCE OF ADVERTISING
At the annual conference of the British Federation of Master Printers, at Scarhnrouch Mr W. H. Sessions, who_ reviewed the year’s working of the Publicity and Selling Committee, said: The present system of cutting down advertising expenditure when a slump came and increasing it in a boom exaggerated the uifoct of both slump and boom. the answer to the question, How could,'we get out of the present mess? and one which he had found correct in his own business, was to use more and better publicity.”
