MINIATURE RIFLE SHOOTING
Gn Tuesday evening at the Drill Hall the Railway team fired a match with Ladies’ National Reserve No. 2, resulting in a win for the former. Scores:— Railway.—Messrs C. Parsons 80, H. Dale 79, A. Peterson 78, L. M’Lean 77, W. Burt 76, E. Neiper 76, A, Campbell 76. Total, 542. L.N.R. No. 2.—Misses M. Bradley 78, J. Cook. 75, N. Knowles 75, M. Matheson 74, S. M’Fadgen 68, R. Hamel 68, D. Boyle 66. Total, 504. The weekly practice and Badge Handicap were fired also by the National Reserve. Those shooting in the final'for the Handicap Button were: Mrs J. Bradley, Miss D. Doyle, Miss P. Campbell, Miss R. Hamel, Miss H. M’Coll, Miss S. M’Fadgen, Miss P. Rowntree, Miss N. Rowntrce, Miss Matheson. Miss S. M’Fadgen won the handicap button in the shot for shot, and Miss M. Bradley and Miss N. Rowntrce shot off for the rifle badge for the highest score, resulting in a. win for the latter.
