INDULGENCE LEADS TO COURT FRAUD CHARGES ADMITTED. (Per United Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, August 4. Ronald Keir Duncan, aged 27, a salesman, pleaded guilty before the magistrate, Mr E. D. Mosley, to several charges of obtaining credit by,fraud, and was remanded to August 10 for sentence. According to the probation officer’s report, the accused, who was an only child, had been indulged in by his widowed mother, and had once spent £3BOO in 12 months.
