INJURY TO WORKER

BLENHEIM, August 2
J. Collins, who was engaged by the Hume Pipe Company, was injured this afternoon in the sewerage trenches by a heavy pipe rolling on him. He was removed to hospital. FALL DOWN STAIRS Nellie Hastie, a single girl, IS) years of ago, was admitted to the Hospital at 8.5 p.m. yesterday suffering from injuries to the back received when she fell down the stairs at the Central Mission Hall. She resides at 732 George street.
