DECEMBER INSTALMENTS PAYMENT IN GOLD EXPECTED. LONDON, August 2. (Received Aug. 2, at 11.15 p.m.) The Daily Express features a special cable message from Washington saying that President Rposevelt expects the December debt payments in gold, There will be no revision talk until 1934, and then only if prosperity has returned in America.
