NEW ZEALAND BUTTER
RACKETING IN LONDON MR FORBES IMPRESSED. (Special to the United Press Association of New Zealand.) LONDON, August 1. Mr Forbes to-day visited the factory of Amalgamated Dairies. Afterwards he said that he was impressed by the attractive way in which the butter was packeted. He was pleased to know that packeted New Zealand butter was taking on with the public, and that in this way the consumer was sure of getting New Zealand butter when it was asked for. "
Mr Forbes and Mr Masters conferred with Mr Gates, president of the National Farmers’ Union, and Mr Baxter, chairman of the Milk Marketing Board. They discussed the interests of agriculturists in Britain and New Zealand.
