“BRIMSTONE AND TREACLE”

On Thursday and Saturday the Brimstone and Treacle Revue will be presented at His Majesty's Theatre. Arrangements are well in hand for the entertainment, and furnishings and scenery are piling up in the scene dock at the theatre. Mr Knight Earnett, the organist of the Empire. Theatre, has selected the numbers which he proposes to present. The Repertory Society is ready with its play "On Dartmoor," which has proved itself one of great entertainment value. The Brimstone and Treacle Minstrel Troupe's number is really outstanding, and even at dress rehearsals these singers are recalled and recalled, such is their popularity. The booklet published by the revue is said to be riotously funny, perhaps eveju a little " risque," but it is good value for the money. The plan, which is at the Bristol, is rapidly filling.
