ALLEGED THEFT OF MONEY
WOMAN COMMITTED FOR TRIAL (Per United Press Association.) WELLINGTON, July 5. A charge of stealing £93 in money was brought in the Magistrate’s Court against Marjorie O’Keefe, aged 42. The complainant, Walter Byrue, alleged that the accused entered his bedroom and removed a purse from under his pillow. The story told was one that showed that the pair had been drinking together, and the complainant alleged that after he went home and to bed he woke up in the night to find the accused there going through his clothes. He got up, and while he was in the'bathroom the accused reentered the bedroom, and when he got back both the accused and the puree were missing. The presiding justices decided that there was a case to answer, and committed the .-accused to the Supreme Court for trial.™
