LOANS FROM TRUST MONEYS ALLEGED. (Per United Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH. July 5. On the application of the Canterbury District" Law Society Mr Justice Adams, in the Supreme Court to-day, made a rule directing William John Stacey and Cecil Spencer Penlihgton to appear before the court at a banco sitting to show cause why Stacey should not be struck off the roll of barristers and solicitors, and Penlington off the roll of solicitors, on the grounds that they both made, or permitted to be made, loans of trust moneys from the composite fund of their trust account, and upon further grounds that they had not kept intact moneys ent'Tisted to them by clients.
