RELIEF WORKERS
A SENSATIONAL STATEMENT NATIONAL STRIKE PENDING. (Per United Press Association.) WELLINGTON, July 4. The assertion that a national strike of unemploved is pending was made by an official of the local council of the National Union of Unemployed after a meeting ot relief workers this morning "We've made contact with other districts," said the official. "A national strike is so near that I could tell yon almost the exact moment when it will happen."
