(Received June 25, at 6.30 p.m.) The closing day of the rotary assembly at Poland Springs was devoted to a general discussion on the relation of Rotary to world affairs and its efforts to create a better international understanding. The delegates are leaving to-night and to-morrow for Boston for the convention opening. The confirmation and election of governors of the various Rotary districts throughout the world will he part of the programme. , CHINESE EASTERN RAILWAY. TOKIO, June 24. (Received June 25, at 6.30 p.m.) .The Soviet and Manchukuo delegates have arrived in Tokio to negotiate for the purchase of the Chinese Eastern railway.
