FOOTBALL ACCIDENTS
Melville B. Mitchell, a member of the Canterbury Association football team, received head injuries during the second half of the game against the Otago team on the Caledonian ground on Saturday afternoon. He was admitted to the Hospital for treatment. While playing football with the Technical School Rugby team on Saturday morning Robert Smith, aged 13 years, had two bones in his right foot broken. The boy, who resides at 10 Harbour terrace, was admitted to the Hospital. Thomas Keiler, aged 24 years, received injuries to hig head while playing in a Second Grade Rugby game on Saturday afternoon, and was admitted to the Hospital for treatment. He resides at 57 Cargill street. - •
