' RESURVEY FOR PERMANENT REPAIRS (Per United Press Association.) WELLINGTON. June 23. The American steamer Golden Harvest ia being resurveyed with a view to permanent repairs being made. A start was made on Wednesday to patch the vessel s hull sufficiently to enable her to be floated out of dock, but this work was stopped yesterday, and now a resnrvev is being carried out, and the specifications are being redrafted to provide for permanent repairs.
