.Regina Garcia, a girl of Valtravieso, recently lost both arms in an accident. Life seemed hopeless till she saw two monkeys on a barrel organ using their feet as their hands. Thrilled with the new hope, the girl resolved to imitate them, and, after months of practice, she sews, writes, types, drives a car and do>s housework—all with her feet. She can pick a needle from the ground with her toe.
