There was a continuation of fine ami sunny weather in Dunedin yesterday, with a warmer temperature. The thermometer registered 48 degrees at mid-day. The barometer fell several points, and registered 30.10 last evening, CONDITIONS IN THE NORTH.. (Special to Daily Times.) AUCKLAND, June 23. A light southerly wind and changeable conditions prevailed to-day. The early morning was cold and frosty, the forenoon sunny and mild, the afternoon cloudy and unsettled, and a light, misty rain was experienced during the evening. The barometer continued rising and registers 30.20 in. WELLINGTON, June 23. In Wellington this morning the weather was line and sunny, with a light northerly breeze. In the afternoon the sky clouded over, but the day and evening remained fine. CHRISTCHURCH, June 23. The weather to-day, following a heavy fog early in the forenoon, was bright ami sunny with a light air from the E.N.Eand a temperature of 47 degrees. The barometer moved up three points to 30.04 in. ASHBURTON, June 23. Frosts of 20deg and over have been j registered at Mount Somers for the last week—23deg on Wednesday, and 24deg yesterday, the latter being a record.
