PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY TFVEN that the Dunedin City Council it a Meeting held on June 21, 1903, PASSED A RESOLUTION, pursuant to the provisions of Section 24 of By-law No. IS of the City of Dunedin, making Regulations Governing the Installation and Use of Telephones on Vehicle Stands. The object and purport of the said Regulations are as followi.:—’(a). To prescribe fees payable by vehicle drivers for the privilege of using the telephones sup* plied by the Council to authorised vehicle stands; and (b) making it an offence for anv owner or driver to ply for hire tor a stand supplied with a telephone without first having paid the prescribed fee.
