LEAP FROM AEROPLANE
GERMAN OFFICIAL’S DEATH. BERLIN, June 21. (Received June 22, at 8.30 p.m.) Herr Welch, director of the Labour Office at Weimar, leapt to death from an aeroplane over the town. He specially chartered the machine after leaving a document announcing that he intended suicide but giving no reason.
