DEMAND BY THE SOVIET I r A THREATENING ATTITUDE (United Press Association.) (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) SHANGHAI, June 22. (Received June 22, at 9.43 p.m.) Point is given to the latest Soviet demand for the reopening of through traffic on the Chinese Eastern railway, which was suspended as a result of the dispute over the confiscated" rolling stock, which was retained in Siberia, by Harbin despatches stating that large Soviet forces, including tanks and gas units, are concentrating in the vicinity of Barabash, Lake Hingkaihu.
It is also stat|d that the Soviet is evacuating and deporting to Western Siberia all citizens in the frontier zones whose reliability is somewhat doubtful.
