Thursday, June 22. (Before Mr J. R. Bartholomew, S.M.) UNDEFENDED CASE. Judgment by default was given for Clifford Brown, Ltd., who claimed 9a, for goods supplied to Donald M. Matheson (Port Chalmers). Costa (8s) were allowed. Duncan Cameron (Mr C. _J. L. White) was proceeded against on a judgment summons by George Gibb (Mr F. C. Dawson), to recover the sum of £l3 Os 3d.—-After evidence regarding the defendant’s financial position had been heard, the judgment was varied, and made payable at the rate of 5s per week.
