Rutherford (Lauder), claim £7, for goods, with costs (£1 14s 6d). ORDERS FOR POSSESSION.
Henry David Lamb v. Alexander John M'Gillivary, claim for possession of house in Richardson street, Dunedin.—An order was made for possession on or before July 4, with costs (£2 11s). Thomas M'Crorie v. John Carr, claim for £l3 Os 6d, for rent, and possession of house in Sullivan avenue, Dunedin. — An order was made for possession on or before July 4, and for the amount claimed, with costs (£3 2s). JUDGMENT SUMMONS.
Colombo Tea- Company, Ltd., v. J. Berry, claim £4 Os sd, on a judgment summons.—The defendant did not appear, and an order was made for payment of the amount claimed, with costs (is), forthwith, in default four days' imprisonment.
