The following recommendations'have been forwarded to the New Zealand Union ..for .consideration:—- • ' That'teams challenging for the Ranfurly Shield shall pay their own travelling expenses. • That the Management 1 Committee of the New Zealand Union shall each season decide which unions have the right : to challenge for the shield.
