NEGLIGENCE CHARGE FOLLOWS (Peb Uniteu Pbess association.' AUCKLAND, June 19. The sequel to a fatality at Takapuna on the evening of Sunday, May 7, when a youth named David P. Ellis was found dysn<* on the road, was a charge against Noel” William M'Coll, of Otorohanga, of negligently driving a motor car, thereby, causing Ellis’s death. The accused, who was charged on summons, did not appear, and the case was adjourned till Wednesday, when the inquest and charge will be heard concurrently.
