VERSAILLES ANNIVERSARY OBSERVANCE BY NAZIS LONDON, June 16. (Received June 16, at 8.45 p.m.) The Berlin correspondent of The Times states that Germany now intends to observe June 28, the anniversary of the signing of the Treaty of Versailles, as a day of mourning.
