One of the youngest and most active members of the House of Lords is Lord Dulferin and Ava, who is 24. Another industrious peer is Lord Munster, who is 27, and is kept busy with his duties ns a whip. He is also a member of the London County Council, and president of the North Paddington Conservative Association. Lord de la Warr, a third member of the younger generation in the House of Lords, has been Parliamentary Secretary to the Ministry of Agriculture since 1930, and is now but 32. He has a persuasive manner which commands the deep interest of the older peers when he speaks. Then there is fair-haired Lord Iddesleigh, aged 31. He regularly attends the debates in the Upper Housa and sgsafeii xith weight* antborit*.
