The Dairy Factory Managers' Conference to-night passed a resolution favouring only two grades of cream during the months of June, July, August, A motion approving of licensing men in charge of farm milking sheds, with the idea of eliminating dirty milkers and poor quality milk, was rejected. NEW PLYMOUTH, June 14. The unlawful conversion of six motor vehicles, and the theft of motor tools, an overcoat, and two quantities of wine, including a keg of eight gallons, were admitted by a young Maori, Kingi Wain, in the Police Court to-day. He was committee to the Borstal for two years and was ordered to make restitution. INVERCARGILL, June 14. The second championship trials of the South Island Sheep Dog Association were commenced at Mossburn to-day, but owing to' the large number of entries, _ class one (head, bringing back, and holding in ring), was not completed. It is expected that it will be finished to-morrow.
