"RETURN A NECESSITY” HERR VON EPP’S DECLARATION. FRANKFORT-ON-MAIN, June 13. The four German colonial societies have merged into a single league. Herr von Epp declared that Germany though not powerful enough to demand the speedy return of her colonies unjustly held under the League mandates, must try to regain them in the long run, as they. were a grim necessity to Germany’s existence.
