NO TEAM FROM AUSTRALIA DRAW FOR CHATHAM CUP. i (Per United Press Association.) WELLINGTON. June 13. The council of the New Zealand Football Association to-night decided that it was unable to accept a visit from an Australian team in August, and the proposal was regretfully declined. The hope was expressed that Australia would send a team to New Zealand in 1934. The following Chatham Cup draw was made: — \ July 15.—Local finals to be played at Auckland, South Auckland, Wellington, Manawntu County, Westland, Duller, and Otago. July 22.—Poverty Bay v. South Auckland, at Hamilton; Manawatu v. Wanganui, at Palmerston North; Westland v. Duller, at Millerton. July g9.—-Auckland v, South Auckland or Poverty Bay, at Auckland; Wellington v. Manawatu or Wanganui, at Palmerston North or Wanganui; Canterbury v. Westland or Duller, at Greymouth or Millerton. August 5. —Wellington v. Auckland, at Auckland; Otago v. Canterbury, at West Coast or Christchurch. August 26.—Final, at Wellington.
