ELLSWORTH’S EXPEDITION PREPARATIONS IN NORWAY. WASHINGTON, June 12. (Received June 13, at 7 p.m.) The National Geographic Society has presented a flag to Lincoln Ellsworth to be taken on his Antarctic expedition. He was also awarded a certificate of life membership. Ellsworth will sail shortly for Norway to prepare his equipment. He will afterwards return to America in the late summer. He will sail for New Zealand from San Francisco,
