The Klwltea arrived at Dunedin yesterday from Westport, via ports, and was berthed at the Birch street wharf to discharge a quantity of coal. She sailed last night for Bluff to complete discharge. From Bluff the Klwltea will go to Greymouth and Westport to load for Melbourne The Poolta sailed yesterday for Oamaru, Tlraaru, and Lyttelton, to complete loading for Wellington, Napier, and Gisborne. The Gala Is due. at Dunedin this morning from Wellington to discharge and load general cargo. She Is timed to sail this evening for Tlmaru, Lyttelton, Wellington, and Wanganui. The Gale will discharge explosives In the Lower Harbour before coming to Dunedin. The Walpiata Is due at Dunedin this morning from Auckland, via ports, to discharge general cargo. She Is timed to sail this evening for Bluff. , The Union Company advises, that the Totara has been fixed to load at Dunedin on June 21 for Wellington and New Plymouth. The Waimarino Is to leave Auckland at noon to-morrow for Wellington, Lyttelton, and Dunedin. , , The Storm Is due here this afternoon from Lyttelton to discharge and load general cargo. She la timed to sail to-morrow evening for Tlmaru, Lvttelton, Wellington, and Wanganui, The John, which is due at Dunedin to-day from Wellington, will load general cargo and sail to-night for New Plymouth and Port Waikato, via ports. The coastal tanker Paua sailed yesterday afternoon for Bluff, whore the remainder of her cargo of case oil will be discharged. The steamer Tees Is due this morning from Wellington. After discharging explosives In the Lower Harbour, she will come to Dunedin to unload general cargo. To-morrow the Tees will load transhipments ex the Canadian Cruiser at Port Chalmers, and will then pro-, ceed to Bluff to domplote loading. The Tees will proceed from Bluff direct to Auckland. The C. and D. Line’s Port Alma Is scheduled to sail from Wellington to-day for London, via Cape Horn and Dakar. The Federal Company’s Cumberland was to leave Wellington on Saturday for London, Avonmouth, Liverpool, and Glasgow, via Montevideo and Dakar. , n In ballast for Now Zealand, via the Cape of Good Hope and Australia, the Commonwealth and Dominion Line steamer Port victor Is expected to arrive at New Plymouth on June 19. She will also load for the United Kingdom at Wellington and Auckland. She will clear Auckland finally on June SO for London, via Cape Horn.

MARAMA AT AUCKLAND. The/Union Company’s Intercolonial steamer Marama arrived at Auckland yesterday morning from Sydney. From Auckland the vessel will proceed to Wellington, leaving Wellington at 3 p.m. on Friday for Sydney. ROTORUA FROM ENGLAND. A wireless message received by the New < Zealand Shipping Company from the captain of the Rotorua states that the vessel will arrive at Wellington at 7 a.m. to-morrow from London. The Rotorua Is bringing passengers and malls for New Zealand, and cargo for Wellington and Auckland. SURREY FROM LIVERPOOL. The Federal Line steamer Surrey has reported by wireless that she will arrive at Auckland this evening from Liverpool. The vessel has cargo from west coast ports of Great Britain for discharge at Auckland, Wellington, Lyttelton, Dunedin, and New Plymouth. RANGITANE TO LEAVE LONDON. The New Zealand Shipping Company’s motor liner Rangltane Is scheduled to leave London on June 29 with passengers and mall for New Zealand, and cargo for discharge at Auckland and Wellington. She Is due at Auckland on August 2. CARGO FROM NEW YORK. Under the auspices of the A. and A. Line, the steamer City of Singapore is announced to leave New York on August 22 with cargo for Auckland, Wellington, Lyttelton, and Dunedin. YEAR’S TONNAGE AT LONDON. ' For the 12 months ended February 28 last, 55,650,019 net registered tons of ships. entered and left the Port of London. This Is more than the combined total shipping tonnage that used the next two largest United Kingdom ports, viz. Liverpool at 31,632,500 n.r.t., and Southampton at 23.852,046 n.r.t. IDLE TONNAGE AT HAMBURG. Since September last there has been a gradual diminution In the volume of lald-up tonnage In the port of Hamburg.
