WEEK-END RALLY A successful rally was held during the week-end by the pupils and .pilots of the Otago Aero Club, the presence of three aeroplanes from Invercargill, including the Southland Aero Club's Fox Moth, assisting in no small degree in making the proceedings successful. A Flight is leading in aggregate points, but the final result depends on the reconnaissance test, which has been flown lay competitors, whose written reports have yet to be examined. The results should be known by Friday next. COMPETITORS ENTERTAINED. On Saturday evening the flying members of the club and visiting pilots were entertained at a cabaret party at the Gardens Kiosk. Despite the inclement weather there was a good attendance, and the greater part of the evening was spent in dancing, although a mock trial held after supper created ment.
