CHILD MURDER ALLEGED
MAORI WOMAN CHARGED (Per United Press Association.) NEW PLYMOUTH, June 9. A Maori, named Bella Thomson, of Inglewood, single, aged 20, was charged to-day with the murder of her newly bora child on May 24, and concealment of birth. She was remanded till Tuesday. It is understood that an Inglewood doctor was called to attend the accused on May 24. and found that a child had been born and the body removed. Subsequently the body was recovered.
