THE IMPERIAL SHOW OTAGO EXHIBITOR’S SUCCESS. LONDON, June 8. At the Imperial Fruit Show challenge cups were awarded as follows: —Best Australian exhibit, George Simpson (West Australia), Granny Smiths. Best Tasmanian, W. and H. Calvert. Cleopatras. Best New Zealand, E. H. Turner (Otago), Jonathans. Other first awards were: W. and H. Calvert, Stunners; G. Simpson, Dunn’s Seedlings; Ilawarra Orchard, Ltd., Dohertys; W. and H. Calvert, Democrats.
