Outrageous din was created outside Minety Parish Church, Swindon. England. in the course of a recent Sunday morning service. It was created by motor horns, whistles, and tin trumpets. The congregation could hear the service only with great difficulty. The noise was caused by Mr and Mrs Atkinson, who live next to the church and who have been irritated by the long ringing of the church bells on Sundays and other occasions.
