PETITION AN INQUIRY. (Per United Press Association.) i OTAKI, June 9. A petition for an inquiry into the recent mayoral election has been filed on behalf of Charles Frederick Atmore, who was defeated by Timothy O’Rourke in a recount .by six votes.
