TO THE EBHOB. g IB _On the eve of the passing over of the mavoral chair would you allow me through your paper to tender our sincere thanks to our Mayor and Mayoress Mr and Mrs R. S. Black, for the help they were ever ready to give to us in ouj time of need, also to thank air those that worked under them at the St. Andrew Food Depot and at No. 4 Depot for their kindness and consideration? We also wish Mr and Mrs Black the best of luck and hope to see them in our midst at the end of the two-year term. —I am, etc., Mother of Six.
