It was decided to dispense with the social item . mentioned in the syllabus for next meeting. A.D. Bro. Bradshaw, jum, presided over a’.good attendance at the Olive Branch Juvenile Lodge. In the correspondence dealt with there was an invitation from Otago Lodge. This was accepted and five members were appointed to attend. The superintendent, D.P. Bro. Morris, stated that he was taking two of the officers -on a visit to the Pride of the Oak Lodge at Port Chalmers. G.G. Bro. H. Hunt was officially received and he gave an address on a so journ on Ocean Island, dcsciibing he characteristics of the inhabitants and the peculiar features of the island and its coral structure. It wiis reported that the Pride of the South Juvenile Lodge (Invercargill) had.--, won the Ben Reid sports’ shield and a letter; of congratulation was, ordered to be sent; • :
