BOY SCOUTS' SPORTS

CUP WON BY CHRISTIAN BROTHERS. The athletic competitions of the Boy Scouts’ Association were held at Hancock Park on Saturday afternoon. The meeting was under the direction of District Scoutmasters M'Callum and Gumming, and the judges were the‘Rev. Bro. Carey, the Rev. Bro. Fanning, Commissioner Wing, and the chairman of the Ocean Beach Troop (Mr Pullar). Scoutmaster O’Keefe acted as starter. There was a large number of entries. The silver challenge cup was won by the Christian Brothers Troop, with 14 points. The Ocean Beach Troop was second, with 10 points, Caversham securing 7, St. Martin’s 4, and Knox 1.
