ANNUAL MEETING CONCLUDED PAGEANT WINS AGAIN. (Per United Press Association.) THAMES, April 1. The weather was again splendid and the course in excellent order for the second day of the Thames Trotting Club's meeting. The attendance was large. Pageant repeated his cup victory after a splendid finish in the Goldfields Handicap, heads separating the placed horses. An inquiry was held into the running of Francis Lincoln in the Totara Handicap and the stewards' verdict was that while they considered that the horse was not driven to the best advantage, and after very careful consideration, they decided to take no further action.
