Tourists will be landed at Noumea for a day’s excursion on Saturday, January 21. TRAINING SHIP ARETHUSA. The Peking, steel four-masted barque, 3191 tons gross, 2851 tons net, built by Blohm and Voss, Hamburg, 1911, S.S. No. 2, 1931, and owned by the Reederei F. Laiesz, Hamburg, has been sold to the Shaftesbury Homes and Arethusa training ship. The Peking will replace the Arethusa, which is in an advanced state of decay.
