NEW ADMINISTRATOR
THE NAURU APPOINTMENT COMMANDER R. C. GARSIA. CANBERRA, December 15. With the concurrence of the British and New Zealand Governments Commander R. C. Garsia, of the Australian Navy, has been appointed .Administrator of Nauru in succession to Mr W. A. Newman, whose term of office expires at the end of the year.
