The chain system of killing ils now in full swing at the Waingawa Freezing Works, two teams of 13 men oneh being engaged in this work. It is operating quite successfully, and a further improvement can be expected in the course of a few days. In addition, 20 slajughtermen are employed in killing under ordinary methods. The output of the "works now totals about 3000 sheep and llambs, besides pigs.
