(Received Dec. 14, at 5.5 p.m.j The Prince of Wales, in a speech to-day, paid a tribute to the manner in which Britain is fighting the world depression. “ The world realises,” he said, “that although we are suffering like other countries during these had times, we are not over depressed by it.
