Britt will ride Eastern Chief in the Cup, and W, Duncan may ride Yarramba. On the tracks at Flemington, Kuvera •nd Blixten ran two furlongs in 25Jsec. Dawn Patrol did the same, and Admiral Drake went three in 44sec. At Caulfield, Rapsonia ran three furlongs in 37Jsec.
