PERSONAL
Mr P. M'Skiinming, M.P. for Clutha, was a passenger from Oamaru by the express yesterday morning. Mr E. 0. Weir left by yesterday's express for the North Island. Mr H. H. Sterling, chairman of the Railways Board, passed .through Dunedin on his way to Invercargill yesterday morning. He expects to return to Dunedin to-morrow.
