CANADIAN PROVINCES
CLOSER CO-OPERATION SOLVING MUTUAL PROBLEMS. WINNIPEG, October 12. A conference of representatives of the western provinces (British Columbia, Alberta, and Saskatchewan) decided on the establishment of an interprovincial conference of three, to meet every month. Such meetings would mean that the three Governments would benefit from closer co-operation in the handling of mutual problems, and opportunity would be provided for the provincial Premiers and Cabinet Ministers to meet regularly to deal with matters of public interest.
