INTERESTS IN BOMBAY MAY OPEN TEXTILE MILLS. CALCUTTA, October 10. Japanese merchants in Bombay hint that textile interests in Japan may open mills in India, and thus avoid the duties oh piece goods, which are shutting out Japan from the Indian market. '
