THE LYTTON REPORT
ACCEPTED BY CHINA A BASIS FOR DISCUSSION. GENEVA, October 9. Dr Wellington Koo announced that China was accepting the Lytton Report as a basis for discussion, but was maintaining her right to submit comments for consideration.
