Silt, —My political feelings have nothing to do with the above matter, but if ray proposing a motion of thanks to Mr Ansell, M.P., when he spoke at Brighton, and taking the chair for the only candidate that spoke in this district, means “ political propaganda ” to “ One of the Tenderers.” it shows he has the intelligence of a dwarf niind. —I am, etc., M.
